Training

Ongoing training is an important asset at DAM Group. We believe in the power of constant learning, hence our belief that the longevity of a machine’s lifetime can only be maintained through good management and operating, and for this reason an important provision of our contracts is that we provide extensive training to all those who will be operating the machines from the client’s side.

Training takes place either in Egypt at the client’s site, or in LIEBHERR’S training center in Europe, this depends on both client requests and technical aspect that vary from each machine.

You are also welcome to visit and inspect your purchased equipment in our factory test yard in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria.

After Sales Services

Maintenance

Egypt’s oldest crane (operating since 1974) is a LIEBHERR Crane, meaning that the astonishing durability of our product is only matched with our impeccable after Sale services.

At DAM Group, we take care of your machinery all the way. We provide after sales services that includes maintenance and providing spare parts all our machinery.

Each piece comes with a 1 year guarantee contract (starts from the actual operating date of the machine), whereby it is protected against manufacturing defaults. In addition, we offer extended maintenance contracts that ensure we provide you with both preemptive maintenance, and emergency services.

With good maintenance and efficient operating, LIEBHERR equipment lifespan can reach tens of thousands of hours. After Sale services starts from the very first day your machine is delivered and assembled. We carry out the Commissioning and Handing Over phase, whereby we assemble the machine, and then go through a testing and training phase where we make sure the equipment is functioning seamlessly.

Intervention Teams and Fast Moving Fleet.

We pledge to send our intervention team of engineers and technicians to check any faults or breakdowns in a period ranging from 24 to 48 hours within Egypt. We assess the damage, and either fix it on sight, or take out the damaged part and fix it at our fully equipped central workshop, located at the industrial zone at the 10th of Ramadan City.

We own our fleet of equipped vans that are able to move across Egypt, they contain fast moving spare parts and fast moving Mechanical and Electronic tools that make it possible for our team to reach you anywhere… anytime.

Being the sole providers of LIEBHERR in Egypt, we are in contact with the company’s headquarters 24/7, this makes us able to detect any deficiencies and get all the technical support we need on the spot (and even at your sight), hence speeding up the process of fixing your machine and getting it back to work in no time.

Spare Parts

At DAM Group Trading we provide a stock of spare parts available at our warehouse and workshop. Moreover, 95% of our machinery spare parts are in stock in Europe, which means it only takes the shipment period to arrive to Egypt and be installed back in your machine. According to the situation and the size of the spare part, we can arrange aerial shipment, which speeds the process up even faster.

We start with an evaluation process of your needs and requirements, after which we search for the best used equipment available; it goes under various safety and functional tests, to make sure that you get the lifespan and performance you expect.
